Eredoctoraat KU Leuven voor prof. Theodor Dieter

The Centre for Ecumenical Research, KU Leuven is pleased to announce you that the Catholic University of Leuven will grant an honorary doctorate to professor Theo Dieter from the Institute for Ecumenical Research, Strasbourg, on 15 February 2017. The university of Leuven, which was among the first to condemn some of Luther’s theological positions in 1519, thereby honours a great Luther scholar and the major architect of the Lutheran-Catholic dialogue statements in the last two decades.
